Charlotte Squash Club Junior Bronze – June 8th

ENTRY TIMELINE AND FEES:

Regular Entry Deadline: Wednesday, May 29, 2025, at 12:00pm, NOON
Entry Close Date: Tuesday, June 4, 2025, at 12:00pm, NOON
(All timelines are based on the time zone of the tournament)

Regular Entry Fee: $75*
Late Entry Fee: $95*

*Entry fee includes a non-refundable $10 processing charge per entrant.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:

• All players must be age eligible for their division through the last day of the tournament.
• All players must have passed the referee exam which corresponds to their age group.
  • U11/U13 player = Level 1 Referee Exam
  • U15 player = Level 2 Referee Exam
  • U17 player = Level 3 Referee Exam
  • U19 player = Level 4 Referee Exam

ENTRY POLICIES & PLAYER SELECTION:

• Players are not permitted to participate in an older age group in accredited junior bronze tournaments. Players may only participate in the division which corresponds to their age.
• Entry into bronze tournaments is first come, first served. The first 8 players to enter each division will be guaranteed entry into the tournament.
• Any player who enters the tournament after the “Regular Entry Deadline” is a late entry. Late entries are automatically placed at the bottom of any waitlist behind all players who entered before the regular registration deadline, regardless of their ranking.
• Once the online entry form closes, no additional entries will be accepted, regardless of the number of players entered at that time.

REFUND POLICIES:

• Any player who withdraws their entry before the regular entry deadline is eligible for and will automatically receive a refund less a non-refundable $10 processing fee.
• Any player who withdraws their entry from the main draw after the regular registration deadline is not eligible for a refund (i.e., No refunds will be issued to players who qualify into the tournament and withdraw after the regular registration deadline).
• Any player who withdraws their entry from the waitlist is eligible for and will automatically receive a refund less a non-refundable $10 processing fee.
• At the conclusion of the tournament, any players who remain on the waitlist will automatically receive a refund for their entry less a non-refundable $10 processing fee.
